Los expertos, consigna el sitio deportivo de La Vanguardia, indican que al estar desnudos las persona s aprenden a amar sus cuerpos, a sentirse libres y a conectarse con otros seres humanos.
En la red social Instagram la práctica no para de sumar seguidores y hay más de 30.000 búsquedas sobre la nueva disciplina. Nude Yoga Girl ( @nude_yogagirl ), es una de las primeras cuentas de Instagram que se creó para dar visibilidad. Las imágenes retratan a una modelo, fotógrafa y viajera que cuelga sus fotos artísticas haciendo yoga desnuda por diferentes partes del mundo y que ya consiguió 735.000 seguidores.
I believe our lives reflect our thoughts and acts many times. Life doesn’t just happen to us… We can change our life, even create it. ❤ I think optimism is one of the best ways to affect our lives because our beliefs lead our dreams.
